Extru-Tech, Inc. offers used or re-manufactured cooking extruders in addition to its new line of extruders. Many years of production can be achieved with a reconditioned extruder, realizing a significant savings in capital investment. We completely disassemble the machines and inspect all parts. Worn or bad parts are replaced. The bearings and seals are replaced with new parts. All carbon steel surfaces are blasted and painted. The plumbing components are replaced with new ones. Many times the control panels, feeders and bins are supplied as new. In addition, warranty, startup, and post startup service is provided. A complete inventory of replacement parts is also available for most models.
