Each conveyor line is fully shearpin protected and is powered by A/C variable frequency drives. The conveyors feature high tensile strength roller chain and the rails are easily replaceable. A zero motion detector is standard equipment.
Select from multiple Product Spreader options
Each Dryer can be equipped with your choice of three Product Spreader options. The first is a Spout Spreader that is angle mounted for gravity movement. The second is a Belt Spread that is horizontally mounted. The third option is a Vibratory Spreader that is also horizontally mounted.
Designed for sanity operation
Each conveyor features a Fines Recovery System. AirFlow II Models feature Dual Fines Recovery Systems (one on each level). The system consists of heavy-duty wipers that drag fines to a cross auger at the return of the dryer. The cross auger discharges these fines at one discharge point.
Each Dryer features stainless steel doors with removable interior panels for unobstructed access to all internal components from either side. The burner chambers are designed for quick and convenient access.
Select from a variety of Heating Systems
Extru-Tech Dryers are available in a natural gas, propane, or propane butane configuration. Each Dryer comes complete with the gas train that can be IRI, CE or FM approved. Also available is a Steam System that features cupronickel tubes, aluminum fins and carbon steel headers. With this option, manifolds are included that vent air and remove condensation.
