Dryer
technology with total airflow flexibility
Extru-Tech®
provides continuous horizontal, single and multi-pass Dryers
with optional cooling assemblies for attaining desired
moisture and temperature levels after extrusion processing.
These dryers/coolers can be supplied with either gas-fired
burners or steam coils incorporated into the drying sections
depending on the customer's most available source of energy.
Extru-Tech®
offers dust control systems that work in conjunction with the
different models of dryer/coolers to remove exhaust air while
separating dust and fines from the air before it is discharged
into the atmosphere.
Complete
pneumatic conveying systems are available for the transfer of
product from the extruder die to a dryer/cooler unit.
Components include pick-up hoods, cyclone receivers, airlocks,
fans, and conveying lines.
