Pneumatic Conveying Systems provide gentle transfer of product from the extruder die/knife assembly to the dryer or cooler spreader assembly. Systems are designed specifically to the capacity rate and requirements of each extrusion system.

Material Application

Extru-Tech® provides two primary material application configurations. Choose between a tumble-type applicator or a cut and fold screw design. Both designs can be configured to handle multiple liquids or powders. Product is introduced into the coaters by either a volumetric or gravimetric feeding system. Extru Tech® can also provide liquid conditioning tanks, powder applicators, pump assemblies, and manual through automated control systems.
