Extru-Tech® Airflow
One Technology features many of the quality features of
the high end dryers in a simplified design. Each dryer module
contains its own fan to recirculate air through the heating
system - up through the two product conveyors - and back into
the heating system. Air is recirculated to a specific humidity
level for optimum drying efficiency. With each dryer module
having its own recirculation fan, uniform recirculation
airflow is maintained along the entire width and length of the
drying chamber.

wide two pass dryer features carbon steel modules (or optional
stainless steel) that are bolted together during installation.
Each module features stainless steel hinged doors and
removable access panels that provide complete access to the
product conveyors and heating system. Ceiling and floor
interior surfaces are constructed of stainless steel for
complete sanitation and long term reliability. Each conveyor
is independently driven and utilizes a variable frequency
drive to control product retention time.
